Because you're ready to feel clearer, healthier, and in control.

It's your time to reset your mindset.

Why The Reset Mindset?

You're here because you feel it: alcohol isn't quite working for you anymore.

It's the feeling like you need to drink to deal with stress.

It's like you've lost control.

Drinking (and the way it makes you feel) isn't much fun anymore.

You're not sleeping well. You often wake up tired.
You say, “I’ll just have one” but it turns into more.

It's when you find yourself thinking about your next drink.
You feel like you could be showing up better in your relationships, in your family, and at work.

Whatever the reason, you know you’re ready for something different.

There's no "right" way to do this

Everyone's idea of a healthy relationship with alcohol will be different

For some people, it might mean enjoying a single glass of wine with dinner.

For others, it’s a few alcohol-free days each week, or cutting back on big nights.

Maybe you want to be able to choose not to drink at all.

This is about finding what works for you, and building a relationship with alcohol that fits into your life.

What is The Reset Mindset?

An evidence-based program that's designed to fit into your life, not take over it.

What is The Reset Mindset?

Each week, you’ll spend 15 minutes or so on a short, focused session. You can watch it or listen to it on the go - whether that’s during a walk, on the commute, or in between everything else.

You’ll also have simple journal prompts and tools to help you reflect, build awareness, and start making small, meaningful changes.

From there, it’s about applying what you’re learning in real life - at home, at work, and in the moments that usually feel automatic.

You can also join weekly online group sessions (anonymously, if you prefer). It's a space to connect, reflect, stay accountable alongside others working towards similar goals, and realise you're not alone.

No overwhelm. Just practical steps that actually stick.

Designed and facilitated by a qualified practitioner with over 20 years’ experience, the program draws on cognitive behavioural principles and evidence-based approaches - focused on what actually works to create lasting change.
