Over 8 weeks, you’ll be guided through a series of short, practical sessions designed to help you understand your habits and create meaningful change, without overwhelm.

We'll explore:

  • Your current patterns and what’s really driving them

  • The link between thoughts, habits, and behaviour

  • How to interrupt automatic drinking and make more intentional choices

  • Practical strategies to manage triggers, stress, and social situations

  • How to build new habits that feel realistic and sustainable

  • What a “healthy” relationship with alcohol looks like for you

Each week for 8 weeks, you’ll receive a simple reset (via email) to guide you through the program: 

  • A short session on a key topic
    Delivered straight to your inbox, you can watch or listen in your own time (on a walk, in the car, or whenever it suits you)

  • Your Reset Practice (journal activity)
    A guided reflection or planning task to help you apply what you’ve learnt in a practical, real-life way

  • Optional group session
    Join the weekly online session to connect, reflect, and stay accountable (or simply listen in)

  • Mid-week check-ins
    A couple of simple prompts to keep things front of mind and help you stay on track
